These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SwingCheck. By uploading a video or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.
SwingCheck analyzes your golf swing against proven fundamentals. You upload a face-on video of your 7 iron swing. We return a diagnosis and drills to help you improve. This is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped.
SwingCheck is not a coach, instructor, or medical professional. The feedback is based on structured swing rules, visual analysis, and pattern recognition. It is not personalized coaching. It may not apply to every swing. You are responsible for how you use the feedback.
We do not guarantee results. Improvement depends on practice, consistency, and execution. In-person coaching remains the most reliable way to improve your swing.
Paid features are sold as scan packs: 5 scans, 10 scans, or 20 scans. All purchases are final. Scan packs are digital products. Once a scan is used, it cannot be reversed or refunded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will review it.
Free users receive one detected fault (when a clear fault can be identified) and one drill. Paid users receive a full swing report, multiple fault areas, up to three drills, and practice guidance.
You agree to upload only videos you have the right to use. A valid video must show a complete swing from setup through follow-through, be filmed face-on, show your full body at all times, and be stable and clearly visible. SwingCheck reserves the right to reject any upload at its discretion.
Your video is processed and stored using Supabase. We may extract and store video frames, swing data, and analysis results. This data is used to generate your report and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
You access SwingCheck using a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email.
SwingCheck is not responsible for injuries, misuse of drills, swing changes that negatively impact your game, damage to equipment, or any indirect or unintended outcomes from using the service. In no event will SwingCheck's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your scan pack.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. By using SwingCheck you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Canadian law.
SwingCheck operates under Canadian law and follows PIPEDA. Data access and deletion rights will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, and 10 survive any termination or expiration of your use of SwingCheck. Your obligation to pay for scans used and our limitation of liability remain in effect regardless of account status.
We may update these terms as the product evolves.
