This Privacy Policy explains how SwingCheck collects, uses, and stores your personal information. By using SwingCheck you agree to this policy.
We collect only what we need to run the product: your email address, your uploaded swing videos, extracted video frames, and swing data including motion, positions, and analysis outputs.
We use your data to analyze your swing, generate your report, and improve the product over time. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data for advertising.
Data is stored securely using Supabase. This includes video files or frames, analysis results, and associated swing data. We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take data protection seriously.
You access SwingCheck using a magic link sent to your email. We use your email only to authenticate your access and send essential product-related messages. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
We retain your swing data indefinitely to improve the product and allow you to track your progress over time. Your account information is retained while your account is active and for 60 days after deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to request access to your data and request deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@swingcheck.app. We will respond within 30 days.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except when required to operate the service (for example, infrastructure providers such as Supabase) or when required by law. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
We use standard security practices to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take data protection seriously.
SwingCheck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, contact us at privacy@swingcheck.app and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of SwingCheck after changes means you accept the updated policy.
